Arctic Monkeys third album due this summer

Arctic Monkey’s drummer Matt Helders has recently disclosed that the band have been to the studio, recorded the songs and “It’s just a case of tying it up now, picking what order everything’s in”. The as yet untitled third album and follow up to 2007’s Favourite Worst Nightmare is being mixed by Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme. Helders also said the band hope to have the album on shelves by August. They will be previewing songs from the new album at shows and festivals this summer.
